Frozen Jr Brings Magic to the Stage at St Luke's College

St Luke's College was filled with magic, music and unforgettable performances as students and staff came together to bring Frozen Jr to life in a spectacular whole-school production celebrating creativity, teamwork and the incredible talent within our College community.

From the first rehearsal to the final curtain call, the cast and crew demonstrated outstanding commitment, energy and enthusiasm. Students from across all year levels worked together to deliver memorable performances, showcasing their acting, singing and dancing talents while bringing the much-loved story to the stage.

Behind the scenes, an equally dedicated team worked tirelessly to ensure every detail came together. From set and prop creation to costumes, lighting, administration and ticketing, each contribution played an important role in making the production a success.

A special thank you goes to Pierre Botha for set creation; Joe Frost for set and prop creation and his contribution to the Art Exhibition; Sam Botha for costume alterations; Eileen Nic Grianna for the opening-night canapés; Jenna Kleynhans for advertising and photography; Petrina Sladen and Fidelma Gillespie for administration and ticketing; and Sam Hoy and Stuart Dale for theatre construction.

The production would not have been possible without the dedication of the incredible Frozen Team , who generously gave their time and energy throughout the rehearsal process. Laura Savage and Mia Zito choreographed the spectacular dance numbers, while assistant directors Mikayla Connolly and Andrew Morton helped bring the characters and scenes to life. Musical Director Michelle Beins played a vital role in teaching the songs and coordinating the music, helping create the magical atmosphere that audiences enjoyed.

Most importantly, congratulations to every student involved in the production. The countless hours spent rehearsing after school, learning lines and songs, perfecting choreography and working collaboratively were evident in the quality of the final performance. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, every student played a valuable part in bringing this production to life.

Frozen Jr was a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved when a community comes together with a shared passion and purpose. St Luke's College is incredibly proud of the students and staff whose talent, dedication and teamwork made this production such a memorable experience.

Congratulations to the entire Frozen Jr team on a truly magical achievement!
