Staff Score a Win and Celebrate a Milestone: Mr Correia Turns 40!
On Wednesday, May 8th, our school community came together to celebrate a very special milestone—our beloved principal, Mr Correia, turned 40!
The day was filled with laughter, fun, and a good dose of friendly competition as staff and students faced off in the much-anticipated annual soccer match. In honour of the big 4-0 (and perhaps a few creaky knees), Mr Correia made a memorable entrance onto the field in a wheelchair—ensuring he was well supported while still part of the action.
The game was spirited and closely contested, with the staff team ultimately clinching a narrow 1–0 victory. Cheers echoed across the field as everyone celebrated the win—and more importantly, the man of the day.
After the match, the school gathered to enjoy some well-deserved birthday cake and share kind words for a leader who continues to inspire students and staff alike.
Happy Birthday, Mr Correia! Here’s to many more years of great leadership, laughter, and goals—on and off the field!
