St Luke's College Ball 2025
Stars weren't just in the sky on Saturday night (3rd May) — they lit up the St Luke's College gymnasium as the school hosted its unforgettable 2025 College Ball, themed "Starry Night."
The gym was transformed into a magical, space-themed wonderland, complete with twinkling fairy lights, galaxy-inspired décor, and tables named after the planets. A large dance floor stood at the centre of it all, inviting students to celebrate under a canopy of stars.
The evening officially began at 6:00 PM with one of the school's most beloved traditions — the red carpet arrivals. Families, friends, and community members lined up outside or watched at home on the livestream, to cheer on the Year 11 and 12 students as they arrived in an impressive parade of vehicles. From sleek sports cars and vintage rides to motorbikes and even a golf cart, Karratha's best wheels were on display as students made their grand entrances dressed in stunning gowns and sharp suits.
Once inside, the night unfolded with non-stop entertainment — dancing, laughter, and countless photos in the photo booth. A delicious dinner was served, catered by Jang from Thai Corner, offering a flavorful highlight that kept energy levels high well into the evening.
The moment everyone had been waiting for came as the titles of Ball royalty were announced. For the Year 12s, Conrad Pool was crowned King, and Mila Jenkins was named Queen. Among the Year 11s, Patrick Costelloe and Olivia Caspersz were honoured as Prince and Princess. Kendrick Ugiagbe and Stella Pool were named as Best Dancers of the evening, with Jearim Chakkupurakkal and Tari Muzambwa winning Best Dressed.
The St Luke's 2025 Ball wasn't just a party — it was a celebration of friendship, style, and the joy of shared memories. With laughter echoing through the night and stars sparkling both above and within the gym walls, it truly was a night to remember.
