Humanities and Social Sciences Week!

Last week was HASS Week where we celebrated all things Humanities! Mrs Gillespie, Miss Lovelady and Miss Braund ran events throughout the week to get students involved in the wonderful world of HASS.

There were daily PCG quiz questions, a mapping skills scavenger hunt, designing famous landmarks using lollies and spaghetti, and a Geoguessr game where teachers had sent in their travel photos and students had to identify where it was and which teacher visited that place.

In class, students also designed flags to represent the City of Karratha – head down to Fortescue to check out the display! Thanks to everyone who got involved and we hope you learnt something new about the world around you!
