FOSL - Friends of St Luke's

Friends of St Luke's (FOSL) has a proud and long association with St Luke's College and it plays an important role in the College community, which strengthens the connection between parents, friends, students and the school staff.

A Parents and Friends Association at any school is only successful if it receives the support and help of the parents and as such we appreciate and encourage you to offer your support either in kind by attending the meetings, or financially via donation.

The Friends of St Luke's meet regularly at the College during term time.  All parents are encouraged to be involved in the association.

Posted on: Monday, 25 March 2013 at 11:57:11 AM

On Saturday 16th March, St Luke's College celebrated with a Community Market held at the College and an Open Day!

The day was a great success with hundreds of people from the community visiting the market, doing some shopping and sampling some of the food for sale, including yummy scones and a sausage sizzle! Visitors were also lucky enough to tour the school grounds, viewing some wonderful work by students and teachers, including drumming sessions, science experiments, and sticker making!! A huge thank to the student and staff helpers on the day, who made these fabulous activities happen!

Friend's of St Luke's raised approx $3,000 on the day through te sale of sausages, drinks, scones and cakes! These funds will be used to purchase a new shade shelter for the College as well as contribute to some new equipment in the Canteen.

Also, staff and students attedning both the Hong Kong Digital Photography trip and the Arts and Culture Europe trip also raised fund towards the cost of their trips.

Please see some photos of the day below.
